SYNOPSIS
President Dyke called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Feldman, Glasser, Miller, Schneider, Steffler and Dyke. Councilmember Powell was absent. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and Police Chief Daniel Willis.
Approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda; consensus of Council to table the agenda item Resolution #25-02-01 – Establishment of the Obsolete Property Rehabilitation District until more information is provided; consensus of Council to table the agenda item Resolution #25-02-02 – Application Approval for Certificate of Exemption at 780 N. Van Dyke for staff to provide the potential impact on each entity for a 6-year and 12-year exemption; approved the emergency repair invoice from Waldorf & Son Inc. in the amount of $10,500.
