The City of Imlay City Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is requesting sealed bids for the construction of a pavilion at the Farmers Market, located on the corner of Third Street and North Main Street Imlay City, MI 48444. Bid specifications are available upon request, or can be picked up at City Hall, located at 150 N. Main St., Imlay City, MI 48444. The bid shall be a lump sum bid and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope entitled “Farmers Market Pavilion Bid” no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025 to the attention of the DDA Director, 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. The City of Imlay City DDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
