The Settlor, Lora Geneva Jones, born October 19, 1939, who lived at 965 Hager Drive, Apt. 133, Bear Creek Township, MI 49770, died February 26, 2025. There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Robert L. Jones and Lora G. Jones Trust, U.A. Dated October 7, 2009, will be forever barred unless presented to Rebecca L. Bailey, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
