March 10, 2025
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Supervisor Winn. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Members present: Klos, Winn, Christian & Wittstock; Parks was absent. February minutes approved. Treasurer’s report approved. Fire report: 13 runs last month. Planning Commission: resident questions answered. Senior report: exercise is every Monday at 11a.m. and cards is every Tuesday at noon; next potluck is 3/25. Park report: Easter Egg Hunt to be held on 4/13 (2 p.m.); snacks and refreshments and Easter Bunny. Discussed: still seeking grass cutting bids, Budget Hearing will be 4/14 at 7 p.m., Fire funds will be invested for better interest, grant application will be put together for fence around pickleball court, secretary granted 7 personal days and line-item adjustments approved for current general budget. Audience: ditching question answered for Messmer Road, parking lot at park needs more materials added and a brief discussion about what is happening with the Semco project on Capac Road.
