REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR INDEPENDENT AUDIT SERVICES
The Almont Community School District is seeking proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms to perform annual financial and compliance audits for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, 2026 and 2027 with the option to renew for up to 3 additional years. The audit must be conducted in accordance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board Statement No 34 (GASB), the Michigan School Accounting Manual, and applicable state regulations.
Interested firms must have experience in auditing public school districts and compliance with federal and state educational funding programs.
