Supervisor Downey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Downey (Supervisor), Standel (Clerk), and Nemecek (Trustee) Absent: Lewis (Treasurer) Kegler (Trustee) Minutes: It was moved by Nemecek and supported by Downey to approve the January meeting minutes as presented. Motion carried. 3/0 Citizens Wishing to Address the Board: none. Zoning Officer Report: report given on open files. Old Business: None New Business: Computer for Assessor – it was moved by Standel and supported by Downey to approve purchase of new computer for Assessor in amount of $734.66. Motion carried. 3/0 Laptop for Assessor – It was moved by Standel and supported by Downey to approve purchase of new laptop for Assessor in amount of $768.82. Motion carried. 3/0 Limestone Contract – it was moved by Downey and supported by Nemecek to approve the 2025 Limestone Haul contract in the amount of $157,304.00. Motion carried. 3/0 Chloride Contract (Dust Control) – it was moved by Downey and supported by Nemecek to approve the 2025 Dust Control contract in the amount of $27,950.00. Motion carried. 3/0 Copier – It was moved by Downey and supported by Nemecek to approve the purchase of Canon Copier in the amount of $5,231.10 as presented. Motion carried. 3/0 Building Department Report: Report presented. Cemetery Report: No report. Clerk’s Report: It was moved by Downey and supported by Nemecek to approve bills as presented (checks 97837-97865) with addition of $1166 for Quickbooks renewal. Motion carried. 3/0 Fire Department Report: Report Given. Planning Commission Report: $50,000 Master Plan Grant was approved. Treasurer Report: It was moved by Standel and supported by Nemecek to approve Treasurer Report as presented. Motion carried. 3/0 It was moved by Standel and supported by Downey to adjourn at 7:28 p.m. Motion carried.
