Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Stempien, Tanis. Commissioners absent: Ramirez. Also present: City Manager Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and Bills $723,166.10; Blacks Corners Road Rehabilitation Pay Application #2 $18,962.77 to TG Priehs; WWTP Lift Station Pay Application #6 to Boddy Construction $301,487.40; Boddy Construction Change Order #5 reduction $1,500.00; Special Event Permit #2025-01 IC Athletic Booster Run March 15th 9:30 a.m.-11 a.m.; Resolution #2025-01 Property Tax Poverty Exemption; DTE LED Street lighting $33,083.92; Imlay Township Fire Agreement; Adjournment 7:45 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
