SYNOPSIS
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. In attendance were Council Members Joseph Herrington, Lynne Mandeville, Samantha Ramirez, and Patricia Weyhrauch along with Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
The following motions were approved: approval of the January 21, 2025, regular meeting agenda; approval of the December 16, 2024, regular meeting minutes; approval of bills totaling $151,667.07; approval of the Hill Street Project bids; approval of the building permit fee schedule; approval of the Village Manager’s contract amendment.
Adjournment at 6:58 p.m.
