Municipal Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Services (2025)
Berlin Township (St. Clair County) seeks proposals from qualified companies/firms to provide lawn maintenance for the 2025 season. Services desired include (but not limited to) regular lawn care, emptying park waste receptacles, spring cleanup, winter preparation and other general upkeep duties at the Berlin Township Hall/Park/Fire Station. Proposals are to be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the township hall (740 Capac Road; Allenton, MI 48002). All submissions must include the Legal Status of Bidders and a Statement of Bidder’s Qualifications. The approved contractor will enter an Agreement/Contract provided by and with Berlin Township. All proposals must include a current and valid copy of appropriate minimum proof of General Liability and Workmen’s Compensation insurance before a bid will be considered.
