SYNOPSIS
President Dyke called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Glasser, Miller, Powell, Schneider, Steffler and Dyke. Councilmember Feldman was absent. Staff members present were Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and WWTP Superintendent Clinton Farley.
Approved the agenda with the addition of Item #3, DDA Informational Meeting Notice; approved the consent agenda with corrections; approved to ratify President Dyke’s appointment of Mr. Steve R. Schneider to the DDA Board for a term to expire on March 31, 2028; approved to adopt Resolution #24-12-01 to opt out of the provisions of Public Act 152 to comply with the collective bargaining agreements; approved to move the Almont Homecoming Festival to 2026; approved to appoint President Dyke, Councilmember Schneider, and Councilmember Miller to the DDA/Council subcommittee.
The meeting adjourned at 8:07 p.m.
