PUBLIC HEARING
The Attica Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday January 23, 2025 at the Township Hall located at 4350 Peppermill Road. The public hearing is to consider the following request:
A Special Land Use for Christopher and Lisa LaGerould. They are asking for a Special Land Use to operate their Agri Business, “White Feather Farm”. This business is located between Lake George Rd. and Miller Rd. in Attica Township, at 3665 Newark Rd, Attica, MI 48412 Parcel# (44-003-020-019-00).
This Special Land Use would fall under Attica Township ordinance Article 4, Section 4.10.A AgriBusiness Uses.
This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments to – Attica Township Planning Commission, P.O. Box 86 Attica 48412. Written public comments need to be submitted by January 16 at 1:00 p.m. A copy of the Special Land Use application is available at the Attica Township Hall 4350 Peppermill Road Attica 48412 between 9 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
