Creditors of the decedent/settlor are notified that all claims against the decedent/settlor will be forever barred unless presented to Mary L. Ligon, Trustee of the James T. Ligon, Sr. Trust Agreement dated October 12, 1982, as Amended and Restated, whose address is 800 South Man Street, Almont, Michigan 48003, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this notice. This notice is published pursuant to MCL 700.7608. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom letters of administration have been issued. Notice is further given that the trust estate will be thereafter assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
