NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that there will be a Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on January 15, 2025.
The meeting will be held at the offices of Berlin Township, located at 740 Capac Road, Allenton, MI 48002 commencing at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of the Zoning Board of Appeals hearing is to consider comments, verbal or written relating to a rear yard setback.
Article XI Schedule of Regulations, Section 1100. Applicant is requesting a variance of forty-two point nine (42.9) feet. The required rear setback is seventy-five (75) feet in the Agricultural Zoning District.
