BOARD MEETING SYNOPSIS
December 9, 2024
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Supervisor Winn. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Members present: Parks, Klos, Winn, Christian & Wittstock. November minutes approved. Treasurer’s report approved. Fire report: 16 runs last month and Breakfast with Santa went very well. Planning Commission: one split approved and one split being worked on. Senior report: exercise is every Monday at 11 a.m. and cards is every Tuesday at noon; next potluck is 1/28. Park report: playground equipment is being installed. Discussed: Methodist Church will be paid for tree damage, township offices might be closed between the holidays, secretary is retiring and new hire is pending, possible special meeting will be held to put together ARPA paperwork by the end of the calendar year and credit card bills may be paid between meetings. Audience: kudos to Fire Department for Santa breakfast and Seniors for Christmas dinner. Motion to adjourn 8:20 p.m. A complete copy of the unapproved current minutes is available at the township hall during business hours and on the township website within a couple days of the meeting.
