SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. Councilmembers present were Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Powell, Steffler and Schneider. Councilmembers Kuligowski was absent. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler, Police Chief Daniel Willis, DPW Superintendent Bryan Treat and WWTP Superintendent Clinton Farley.
Approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda; approved to enter into the record the proclamation honoring Steve Schneider; approved to accept Ms. Patricia Feldman’s resignation from the DDA Board; approved to ratify President Schneider’s appointment of Mr. Scott White to the DDA Board; approved to ratify President Schneider’s appointment of Mr. Charlie Kroll to the DDA Board; approved the EQ basin valve replacement in the amount of $9,200 to Kennedy Excavating; approved the first quarter budget amendments for fiscal year 2025.
