Meeting called to order by Supervisor Groesbeck at 7:00 p.m. at 819 N. Main Street, Almont, MI. Members present were Supervisor Groesbeck, Clerk Henige, Treasurer Streeter, and Trustees Chriss, Dodge, Eschenburg, and Sweers. The following actions were taken: 1.) approved consent agenda as presented, 2.) approved Kevin Vallelunga appointment to the Planning Commission and Dennis Sweers as Planning Commission board representative, 3.) approved Haul Route Agreement with Ken Measel, 4.) approved Mining Permit Extension for Bristol location, 5.) approved Mining Permit Extension for Yoder location, 6.) approved Cadet Firefighter Program, 7.) approved Imlay City Schools Summer Tax Collection, 8.) approved Treasurer’s Assistant, 9.) approved Property Tax Payment Designee Appointments 10.) approved. Amendment of Section F Subsection 1 of PC By Laws, 11.) approved Ferguson Cemetery Sexton, 12.) approved Open Meetings Resolution for 2025, 13.) approved Construction Board of Appeals Appointments, 14.) approved Observed Holidays, 15.) approved permit clerk’s pay increase. Meeting adjourned at 9:27 p.m.
