PRESENT:
President Debra Hlubic, Council Members Joseph Herrington, Lynne Mandeville, and Tony Vigiletti. Also in attendance were Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer. Samantha Ramirez arrived at 4:03 p.m. Mary Klug arrived at 4:07 p.m.

I. CALL TO ORDER:
President Hlubic called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
A. APPROVAL OF CONSENT & REGULAR AGENDA:
Mandeville moved, Herrington seconded, to approve the October 28, 2024, Special Meeting Agenda.
4 votes in favor, 0 opposed. Motion carried.
B. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
II. NEW BUSINESS:
A. T.G. PRIEHS
PROJECT PROPOSALS:
Herrington moved, Mandeville seconded, to approve the T.G. Priehs bid of $44,800.00 dated October 24, 2024, for asphalt paving for the Lions Park Parking Lot and Park Street from Glassford to North Neeper.
Roll call vote: Herrington-yes, Klug-yes, Mandeville-yes, Ramirez-yes, Vigiletti-yes, Hlubic-yes.
6 votes in favor, 0 opposed. Motion carried.
B. CONCRETE BUDGET FOR LIONS PARK:
Herrington moved, Klug seconded, authorizing Village Manager Travis Youatt a to spend up to $10,000.00 on sidewalks.
Roll call vote: Klug-yes, Mandeville-yes, Ramirez-yes, Vigiletti-yes, Herrington-yes, Hlubic-yes.
6 votes in favor, 0 opposed. Motion carried.
III. ADJOURNMENT:
Vigiletti moved, Klug seconded, to adjourn the October 28, 2024, Special Council Meeting at 4:12 p.m.
Council voiced all ayes. 0 opposed. Motion carried.
