CORRECTION
The following text in bold indicates corrections from the newspaper publication that was published on October 30, 2024.
The City of Imlay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Imlay City Municipal Offices, 150 North Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. The hearing is to consider revisions to the City’s Zoning Ordinance. The revisions include changes to the following Article:
• Article 2: Districts,
Division 3: Commercial
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing or to provide written comment on the proposed Zoning Ordinance amendments which provide for the regulation of land development, the continuance of zoning districts that regulate the use of land and structures in the City of Imlay City, and promote the public health, safety, and welfare within the City.
Copies of the proposed revisions to the City’s Zoning Ordinance are available at the Imlay City Municipal Offices, 150 North Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m to 4:30 p.m. Written comments regarding the above may be directed to Imlay City and must be received by 4:30 p.m. on November 21, 2024 to be presented at the meeting. Comments may also be provided by calling (810) 724-2135. Persons needing special assistance should contact the City two working days prior to the meeting.
