SITE PLAN REVIEW
Notice is hereby given the City of Imlay City Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 6 p.m. at the City Hall located at 150 N. Main St. Imlay City, MI 48444.
The purpose of said hearing shall be to review and consider the Site Plan Review Application for M-53 Properties LLC–Paul E Lafontaine, 1788 S. Cedar St., Parcel ID# I19-85-234-040-00 for the purpose of constructing a new retail building. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter will be heard at this time.
Comments may be submitted in writing or in person. Written comments may be submitted to the Imlay City Clerk at 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. Persons with disabilities needing accommodation for effective participation should contact the City Clerk a week in advance to request mobility, visual, hearing, or other assistance at 810- 724-2135. This meeting is open to all members of the public under Michigan’s Open Meetings Act.
