SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. Councilmembers present were Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Powell, Steffler and Schneider. Councilmember Kuligowski was absent. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson and Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler.
Approved the agenda with addition of consent agenda item #12, approved the consent agenda with corrections; approved the purchase of ferric chloride from PVS Chemical Inc. in the amount of $9,880; approved the commitment of DPW labor, equipment and materials as the required match for the Community Forestry Grant and to submit the grant application.
The meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
