Halloween fun coming to Imlay

IMLAY CITY — The Imlay City Area Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Development Authority are combining resources and finalizing plans for a Halloween celebration. The Imlay City Merchants Trick-or-Treat & Halloween Party will be held Saturday, October 26 beginning at 11 a.m. Participating businesses will have a pumpkin placed in their window for trick-or-treat hours that will run from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Inflatables, a DJ and dancing, corn maze and costume party will all get underway at 1 p.m. till 3 p.m. at the Farmers Market surrounding area. If last year’s highly successful event is any indication, organizers are expecting a bigger and better Halloween party on the 26th.
