Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Sadler, DeLuca, Ramirez, Tanis, Yockey; Commissioners absent: Collison; Also present: City Manager Horton, DPW Superintendent Priehs, Fire Chief Klobucar, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with addition; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $3,808,876.62; Lamb Steele Pay Ap #4 to Kapala $63,000; Set Public Hearing IFT request-Thursday, November 07, 2024.
