VARIANCE REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Imlay City will hold a public hearing on Thursday the 24th day of October, 2024 at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at City Hall, 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a variance application for Metro Signs & Lighting on behalf of Paul E. LaFontaine– Imlay City Ford, 1788 S Cedar St, I19-85-231-040-00 for the purpose of variance from Section 4.45 NON-RESIDENTIAL SIGN REGULATIONS BASED UPON SIGN TYPE, (c) Ground Signs, (3) and variance from Section 4.42 SIGN DESIGN STANDARDS IN ALL ZONING DISTRICTS, (d), (5)
Comments may be submitted in writing or in person. Written comments may be submitted to the Imlay City Clerk at 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
