VARIANCE REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Imlay City will hold a public hearing on Thursday the 24th day of October, 2024 at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at City Hall, 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a variance application for Nancy Elliott on behalf of Jana Pemberton, 265 W. Fourth St, I20-02-700-000-00 for the purpose of a side setback variance from Section 2.12 Schedule of Regulations, Zoning R-2.
Comments may be submitted in writing or in person. Written comments may be submitted to the Imlay City Clerk at 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
