SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Kuligowski, Powell, Steffler and Schneider. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and Police Chief Daniel Willis.
Approved the agenda, approved the consent agenda; approved to adopt Resolution #24-09-01, Designation of Street Administrator, designating Village Manager Dale Kerbyson as Street Administrator for MDOT; approved to adopt Resolution #24-09-02, approving the state highway maintenance contract and designating the Contract Administrator, Maintenance Superintendent and Authorized Signors as stated on the record; approved Resolution 24-09-03, to adopt the enhanced access policy and add the fee of $500 to the fee schedule.
The meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
