Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, Ramirez, Sadler, Tanis, Yockey; Commissioners absent: DeLuca; Also present: City Manager Horton, Waste Water Treatment Plant Superintendent Rankin, Police Sergeant Leathers, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with addition; Consent Agenda with corrected minutes and bill payments $729,859.73; Branding Logo #5; PD fund for sale of property; Special Event Permit 2024-09 Gateway Assembly; Closed Session at 7:33 p.m.; Open 7:47 p.m.; Adjournment 7:54 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
