Are you better off now than then?

Dear Editor,

Altough Trump hasn’t been in politics or created any of today’s problems, letter writer Tom Janicki found a reason to accuse Trump of wrongdoing and calling him names a total of 26 times in his letter to the editor in last week’s paper.

I wouldn’t want to be in his house when a Trump commercial comes on. I seriously believe he needs an anger management class.

Tom should check his facts. While he was President, Trump brought jobs back from overseas, generated record unemployment numbers, and all time high retirement funds.

We were energy independent, and did not have any family financial issues like today. This large national debt Tom is accusing Trump of creating, was done by Biden and Harris.

Biden stopped drilling and forced us to buy gas from other countries, nearly doubling the price. Bidenomics raised the cost of groceries, construction, insurance, and prescriptions.

In some cases, cost went up nearly 50 percent, while retirement portfolios went down.

Today’s credit card balances are at an all-time high, with an average 22 percent interest fee. Biden’s administration stopped prosecuting criminals, resulting in record high crime.

Biden began paying off student tuition loans, and giving roughly $2,200 per month, to almost every illegal that came across the border, along with free medical, while millions of Americans struggle.

So far, illegals have added 20 trillion dollars to our national debt. Harris, the Border Czar, never once visited the border, and claims the border is safe.

She is now campaigning she will give $25,000 to new home buyers, which will add to our debt. She is claiming she will fix inflation, which she and Biden created.

Why is she waiting, she is the vice president, and has the authority to do it now.

Whenever I asked a Democrat why they were voting for Biden, they would tell me what Trump did.

I interrupted them and said “I did not ask about Trump, tell me why you are voting for Biden.”

I invite every Democrat out there without mentioning Trump, or what he did, tell us why you will be voting for Harris.

What have the Democrats done for you these last few years? Are you better off now, then four years ago?
