Mayor Pro Tem Sadler called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: DeLuca, Ramirez, Yockey; Commissioners absent: Mayor Kempf, Collison, Tanis; Also present: City Manager Horton, Fire Chief Klobucar, DDA Director Malzahn, Professional Planner Caitlyn Habben, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with additions; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $746,757.63; Pay Application #2 Kapala $45,900 for Lamb Steele HVAC; Resolution 2024-12 to approve MDOT M-53 Safety Improvement Project Agreement; Branding Discussion; DDA candidate Jessica Montoya; Special Event Application 2024-10 EMS Open House; FD Generator repair $5,076; Adjournment 7:40 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
