NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that there will be a Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on July 9, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Offices of Berlin Township,located at 740 Capac Road, Allenton, Ml 48002 commencing at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of the Zoning Board of Appeals hearing is to consider comments, verbal or written relating to keeping an existing pole barn in front of future new home.
The applicant is requesting to keep a pole barn on less than five (5) acres of property in front yard. Section 1203, Item 2, subsection 3 states that an Accessory Building of five (5) acres or more may be located in a non-required side yard or non-related front yard provided any such building complies with all setbacks of main building.

Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection at the Berlin Township Offices during regular business hours and will be available at the time and place of the public hearing. All interested citizens will be given an opportunity to comment on this application. Written comments may be submitted up to the time of the meeting.
