SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. Councilmembers present were Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Kuligowski, Powell, Steffler and Schneider. Staff members present were Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and DPW Supervisor Bryan Treat.
Approved the agenda, approved the consent agenda with corrections; approved the 1-year contract with Creekside Cleaning Solutions; approved to extend Mr. Dale Kerbyson’s contract as Interim Village Manager on a week-to-week basis with the same terms as the original contract until the Village Manager’s situation is resolved.
The meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
