Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez; Sadler, Tanis, Yockey; Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, DDA Director Christine Malzahn, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $249,182.16; Emergency Laptop not to exceed $1500; Resolution 2023-20; Close office 12/27 & 12/28 with employees using PTO; Adjournment 7:52 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
