Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, Ramirez, Sadler, Yockey. Commissioners absent: DeLuca, Tanis. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Fire Chief Rick Horton, Police Chief Brett Selby, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments of $336,046.11; Ordinance 8.9 second reading; DPW Truck $3,735.16 additional funds; FY 2021-2022 Audit; 2023 Schedule of Meetings; DDA Winter Playground Craft Show; COC Winter Playground Event & Parade.
