SYNOPSIS
Mayor Joi Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, Demske, Sadler, Tanis. Commissioners absent: Rowden, Villanueva. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Police Chief Brett Selby, Code Enforcement Officer Charles Cutajar, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments of $296,603.88; Imlay Place Condo Garbage Pickup; Lamb Steele Agreement; SRO Contract; Imlay Township Fire Contract; Supplemental MERS Contribution of $100,000.
