SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Calka, Dyke, Feldman (7:46), Glasser, Steffler and Schneider. Councilmember Aleck was absent. Staff members present were Village Manager David Trent and Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler.
Approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda; approved to ratify President Schneider’s acceptance of Mr. Bohm’s resignation from the DDA Board; approved to adopt Emergency Ordinance No. 2022-1; approved the $8,465 quote which will include the landscaping and the spring clean up portion, contingent upon approval of the Township of the 50/50 split.
The meeting adjourned at 8:56 p.m.
