SYNOPSIS
Mayor Joi Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, Demske, Sadler, Tanis, Rowden. Commissioners absent: Villanueva. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, DDA Director Lorrelei Natke, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with bill payments of $830,736.00; City Manager’s Review and Contract Extension. Adjournment 8:11 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
