SYNOPSIS
Mayor Joi Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, Demske, Rowden, Sadler, Tanis. Commissioners absent: Villanueva. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, DDA Director Lorrelei Natke, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with bill payments of $767,651.72; Proclamation for the First Congregational Church of Imlay City; Special Event Application from the DDA for Art in the Rough Event.
