SYNOPSIS
Mayor Joi Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, Demske, Sadler, Tanis. Commissioners absent: Rowden, Villanueva. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, City Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with bill payments of $586,963.60; Dan’s Tree Service $8,400: One-Time Supplemental Payment of $1,000 to eligible employees; One-time supplemental payment of $3,000 to Police Sergeant for Chief duties.
