SYNOPSIS
Mayor Joi Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, Demske, Sadler, Tanis. Commissioners absent: Rowden, Villanueva. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Deputy Clerk Cindy Adams and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with bill payments of $254,954.52; Second Reading Code of Ordinances-Traffic Code; Great Lakes Water Authority Rate Schedule; Special Event Application-Chamber of Commerce Festival, Fireworks, Volleyball Tournament, Parade Permit; Water and Sewer 4% rate increase; Adjournment 7:31 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
