MEETING MINUTES OF February 12, 2026
SYNOPSIS
The meeting was called to order at 10:01 a.m. by Supervisor McLellan. Present were: Supervisor McLellan, Clerk Schultz, Treasurer Mason, Trustee Herpolsheimer and Trustee Winslow.
The vacant land contract with Zehr Farms was authorized for 2026.
Mary Tullio, Brian Rowley and Mark Ochadleus were reappointed to the Planning Commission for a three-year term.
J.R. Lomerson was reappointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a three-year term.
The Attica Township Principle of Governance was adopted.
