To all creditors:
The Settlor, Elizabeth I. Burgess, born on May 24, 1934, who lived at 5342 Van Dyke Rd., Almont, MI 48003, died on January 24, 2026. There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letter of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Elizabeth I. Burgess personally and/or the Robert J. Burgess and Elizabeth I. Burgess Trust dated March 24, 1999 as amended, willforever be banned unless presented to Dustin D. Burgess, Successor Trustee, within (4) months after the date of publication.
Notices is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
