Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis; Also present: City Manager Horton, Interim Police Chief Rushton, DDA Director Charles Bennett, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $678,463.81; Recusal Tanis; $25,000 match to Community Center pending DDA approval; 2026-2032 CIP; 2025 Planning Commission Report; Adjournment 7:26 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
