NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedent, CHARLES M. HALE, who formerly resided at 5412 Genesee Road, Lapeer, Michigan 48446, passed away on November 23, 2025.
The Successor Trustee of the HALE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED AUGUST 2, 2022, gives notice to all creditors of the decedent that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to RUSSELL R. HALE, whose address is 3250 Ivory Road, Metamora, MI 48455, the named Successor Trustee for said trust within four (4) months after the date of publication of this notice.
