Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis; Also present: City Manager Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with addition; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $1,435,024.86; Townhall; Spicer-Capac Road Watermain Extension $30,000; Appoint Ethan Flick P&R; Special Event Permit #2025-07 Sweet Corn Social DDA; Parade Permit #2025-03 Homecoming – Imlay City Schools; Special Event Permit #2025-08 Homecoming Pep Rally – Imlay City Chamber of Commerce; Special Event Permit #2025-09 Food Truck Rally – DDA; Adjournment 8:02 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
