PUBLIC HEARING
The Goodland Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Goodland Township Hall located at 2374 N. Van Dyke Rd., Imlay City, Michigan 48444
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a Zoning Ordinance amendment to regulate Battery Energy Storage Systems.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance text is available for examination during Twp. Hall office hours: Tues. 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., Wed. 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Thurs. 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Goodland Township Board will provide reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio recordings of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon 10 day notice to the Goodland Township Board. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Township by writing or calling the below contact.
