Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis. Also present: City Manager Horton, DPW Superintendent Priehs, Police Chief Selby, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with additions; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $962,935.26; M-53/4TH St. Sewer Project Change Order #6 decrease $3,494.10 and Pay Application #7 $211,692.18 to Boddy Construction; Midwest Commercial Const Pay Application #1 $174,825.90; TG Priehs Change Order and Pay Application $159,615.76 Pavement Improvements; Postponed payment to R&R Fire Truck Repair; Postponed Fee Schedule update; OHM up to $8,000 for 7th St. Storm Survey; Appoint Shane Collison to Planning Commission ending; Appoint Shane Collison to ZBA; Adjournment 8:01 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
