SYNOPSIS
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m., leading the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Council Members in attendance were President Debra Hlubic, President Pro Tempore Joseph Herrington, Mary Klug, Samantha Ramirez, Miguel Rodriguez, and Patricia Weyhrauch, along with Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
The following motions were passed: approval of the June 30, 2025, regular meeting agenda; approval of the June 16, 2025, regular meeting minutes; approval of bills totaling $53,906.94; approval of the budget amendments for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025; approval of the budget for the Capac Downtown Development Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026; and approval of the budget for the Village of Capac for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
