Chairman Bargen called the regular meeting to order with the pledge at 6 p.m. Commissioners present: Mayor Kempf, Blount, Demske, Germayne, Lengemann. Commissioners absent: Tanis. Also present: City Manager Horton, Attorney Seibert, Zoning Administrator Hayes, Professional Planner Habben, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and public. Approved: Agenda; Minutes-May 28, 2024 with corrections; Financial Report-May 2024; Denied: Special Land Use 572 N Cedar Street; Approved: Public Participation Plan; Adjournment 8:10 p.m. Submitted by City Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz.
