NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that there will be a Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on July 16, 2024.
The meeting will be held at the offices of Berlin Township located at 740 Capac Road, Allenton, MI 48002 commencing at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting will be to consider comments, verbal or written relating to Accessory Building (detached) in residential district. Section 1203, Item B, Subsection B states that Accessory Building shall not cover more than twenty-five percent of rear yard in which it is located or lot parcel size of less than .50 acre.
Applicant wishes to place an additional 504 square foot accessory building on property which already has an accessory building exceeding the required square footage.

Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection at Berlin Township Offices during regular business hours and will be available at the time and place of public hearing. All interested citizens will be given the opportunity to comment on this matter. Written comments may be submitted no later than 4 p.m. the day of the hearing.
