Letter to the Editor: ‘Peck man arrested after road-rage incident on I-69 ends in gunfire’
It was alarming to read about the recent road rage incident that took place along I-69 for 10 miles from eastbound Wildler Road to M-53, and the alleged shooter from Peck, Michigan, who felt so freakin’ liberated that he attempted to shoot-to-kill the other driver he engaged in with the road rage confrontation. This deadly behaviour has to STOP. Period!
It is clearly obvious that the individual from Peck, Michigan, has an anger-management issue; he needs not be packing a sidearm when cruising for a bruising on our Michigan roads and highways.
One can only hope that a prompt court conviction will put a full stop to the alleged individual’s ruthless and homicidal desire to shoot his neighbor in Lapeer County and neighbors elsewhere throughout our mostly peaceful state.
When justice prevails for the alleged shooter, we shall all be that much safer on our Michigan roads.
Thanks to the Imlay City Police Department, and all the other law enforcement authorities in promptly investigating this potentially deadly crime and arresting the alleged shooter.
