NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Attica Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday June 25, 2026 at the Township Hall located at 4350 Peppermill Road. The public hearing is to consider An Ordinance to amend Articles 2, 3, and 4 of the Attica Township Zoning Ordinance to regulate data centers as a land use within the Township to maintain the public health, welfare, and safety of the community.
These changes would be an Amendment to Article 2 Definitions, section 2.10 A-D Definitions. Amendment to Article 3 Zoning Districts, Section 3.90 Non-Residential Zoning District Table of Uses. Amendment to Article 4 Use Requirements, section 4.60 Industrial Use Requirements: Data Centers
This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments to – Attica Township Planning Commission, P.O. Box 86, Attica, 48412. Written public comments need to be submitted by Thursday April 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. A copy of the proposed text amendment is available at the Attica Township Hall 4350 Peppermill Road, Attica, 48412 (810) 724-8128, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
